Where an applicable open-source license conflicts with these Terms regarding the source code itself, the applicable open-source license controls.

Open Keyword Metrics may depend on third-party platforms including Google and hosting infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, pricing changes, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
